Eligibility for Returns.
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Opened software and digital products.
- Clearance and sale items.
- Perishable goods.
- Customized or personalized items.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product (for instance, due to damage or defect), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, you will be offered a refund or a suitable alternative.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

- Downloadable software products.
- Items on clearance or special promotions, unless they are defective or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund has not been processed, contact your payment provider as it may take some time before it is officially posted.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
